Hiring and Training Requirements for our Caregivers
Because we go into people’s homes to provide companionship and personal care, We invest in our caregivers by providing 8 hours of paid training to ensure they are confident in all aspects of care.
- Background study by MN department of Human services
- Driver’s License & Proof of Insurance
- Tuberculosis Test
